Remember in episode 4 when C-3PO and R2D2 escape from the Empire and land in the sand dunes of Tatooine? Did you know that they actually filmed that scene right outside of San Diego?! I read an article months ago stating the Imperial Sand Dunes were 3 hours away, and since I’ve been dying to go.
